I just got back from the mad house of a post office. Postage here went up 2 cents Sunday and they ran out of 2 cent stamps. Stupid people! You knew the postage increase was coming...why did you wait until now?
BTW-the post office lady I talked to today said I only needed to capitalize "CANADA" and make sure that it's on the bottom line or so she thought. She wasn't sure but she did say that Canada was quite picky on how things were labeled. NWTF? [img]confused.gif[/img]

Yeah, they just enforced a lot of really strict labelling rules.
Like, you have to use real names. You can't send a letter to 'grandma' or anything like that.
